From its administrative base in Menasha, Goodwill NCW operates 29 programs and services across 35 Wisconsin counties. In 2015, Goodwill NCW’s human services work touched the lives of almost 64,000 people.
Goodwill NCW is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit human services organization, supported by sales of donated and new merchandise at 26 Retail Stores/Training Centers.
In the greater Chippewa Valley region, Goodwill NCW operates stores in Eau Claire, Lake Hallie, Menomonie and Rice Lake, as well as these human services programs aside from The Miracle League of the Chippewa Valley, which joined the organization in January 2016:

- Community Development Program
- GoodNeighbor support, through area non-profits and agencies
- Circles of Care for Goodwill team members
